Buying organic is not just for food.  Baby's skin is five times thinner than adults.  Why not wrap their new skin in 100% Certified Organic Cotton
and not risk the harsh pesticides that may harm them?

  • Conventional cotton is the world's most popular fiber yet is the most pesticide dependent crop in the world.
  • Conventional cotton uses 25% of all pesticides amounting to 50 million pounds on US fields alone.
  • Pesticide residue remains in fabric even after multiple washes
  • Harvesting non-organic cotton takes an enormous toll on the air, soil, and the health of people working in the cotton industry.

When looking at environmental issues - "One acre of organic farmland can absorb and store 3500 lbs. of CO2 per year effectively removing this
greenhouse gas from the atmosphere." This fact is food for thought...

Why buy organic?
Organically grown cotton is grown in soil that has been certified free from pesticides, herbicides and other cytotoxins for at least three years.

Organic agriculture minimizes children’s exposure to toxic and persistent pesticides in the soil in which they play, the air they breathe, the water
they drink, and the foods they eat.  We need to look out for our childrens’ future.

Why Fair Trade?
More and more people are demanding products made without exploitative labor – fair made, not sweatshop made. We only support products using
fair trade practices.
