Shipping Information:
Lolababiez Organics uses USPS Priority Mail for shipping. The $6.00 shipping charge applies to USPS Priority Mail for most products
(excludes furniture and mattresses) when shipped in the United States. Packages sent to Canada have a flat rate fee of $15 (excludes
furniture and mattresses). In the event the shipping charges are excessive, I will email you and confirm the shipping charges and also
confirm the order. Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. I try my very best to get orders sent out as quickly as possible.
An email will be sent to your address on file to keep you informed of the progress of your Lolababiez Organics package. Lolababiez
Organics cannot accommodate multiple shipping addresses unless separate shipping charges are applied. Please call or email me after
you place your order so we can work out the details.
Refunds:
Our goal is to make you a repeat customer of Lolababiez Organics. Merchandise purchased from Lolababiez Organics may be returned
for a refund within 14 days of purchase. After the 14 days, a store credit will be issued, as long as it is before 30 days of your purchase.
Returns:
All returns must be in like-new condition, in original packaging, and with instructions and accessories. Refunds are not issued except in
the case of defective merchandise that we are unable to replace. Lolababiez Organics credit is valid for one year from date of issue.
Returns made within 14 days of receipt will not be charged a restocking fee. All other returns will carry a restocking fee of 10%. Items
returned in less than new condition may be subject to additional restocking fees.
Email Lolababiez at sales@lolababiez.com to receive a Return Authorization Number for your product. No returns will be accepted
without our Return Authorization Number. We will also provide you with the appropriate address where to ship your return. If the
product is in satisfactory condition we will refund the appropriate amount to the account you used for your original purchase. Please
make sure that you include your name, address, telephone number, order number, and e-mail address in the package.

Orders can be cancelled with no additional charge before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please send an urgent email to
sales@lolababiez.com and include your name and order confirmation number. We will respond to your email within 24 hours.
